Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Specialist of Aggregator support. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party Aggregator and delivery-related inquiries from the field, providing timely and effective support to ensure smooth operations. This candidate will also support relationships with third-party Aggregators to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to aggregator integrations and ensure timely resolution.
· Conduct regular audits of aggregator platforms to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, quality standards, and menu accuracy.
· Analyze aggregator data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in aggregator operations and make recommendations for process enhancements.
· Provide training and support to restaurant staff on aggregator processes, tools, and systems.
· Monitor aggregator performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain strong relationships with aggregator representatives and support the Aggregator team as needed.
· Support franchisees and corporate operators with Aggregator onboarding and growth via marketing campaigns
Education, Experience & Certifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
